Pizza Stone PIZZA

I got to say. My girlfriend bought me a pizza stone for the holidays an i think that it a great extra for any gill master . I've been seasoning the pizza stone  a couple time an now the weather is looking a little nicer I can hardly wait .

      Quick an Easy Pizza

ingredients:

1. Fresh pizza dough (from your local pizza shop)
2. Sm can of diced tomatoes
3. garlic powder
4. oregano
5. time
6. Fresh mozzarella cheese

 First preheat grill an pizza stone.
Then is a separate bowl combine tomatoes an spice. 
Once the pizza stone is hot place the  pizza dough
stretch out to  a desired size on the stone.
 Add the tomatoes an spice .
Top off fresh mozzarella cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted

Time to Clean the Grill

Spring is in the air. Just like the yard needs to be  cleaned  so, does your grill.
You in joy cooking great meals on your grill for your family an friend all summer long.
Now its time to clean the grill .
First we have to get off all that caked on carsinages ( black flaky stuff on the top an sides of your grill ) , an burnt on sauce . With alittle bit of elbow grease an some water use your last year grill  brush  to remove all grease an any other carsinages. Wash out grill with the garden hose an let dry .
It's a messy job but , your food will taste better an your grill will thank you..


IF the outside of your grill is looking an little old an needs a touch up . A can of high tempture spray paint will make your grill look like new .
